This blog was written by someone who deals with excessive daily anxiety, and for those in the same boat. Regardless of our hardships, we must always remember the blue sky which is always present in the mind. This website was intended to give some insight as to what is helping me and what I have been working on, as well as to spark discussion within yourself or with others. We must keep in mind that we all deal with anxiety to some extent, as it is a natural human emotion, but once it begins to hinder our lives in ways that it shouldn’t, we must learn how to manage it.
